Call tracking allows clients to easily access informational data collected during calls to their numbers. All information is stored in a user-friendly customer dashboard to include detailed customer and caller data to be utilized at the user’s discretion.

Call Recording is an optional feature of the call reporting system which allows users to record calls for quality purposes, as well as store recordings for later use, all of which is accessible through our user-friendly customer dashboard.
